Roosevelt Trail History Trail Day (Hawthorne House)

Roosevelt Trail Maine History Tour – Hawthorne’s Boyhood Home will participate in the Roosevelt Trail History Tour on Saturday, September 12. This free, self-guided event highlights the rich heritage of a portion of Route 302—also known as the Roosevelt Trail—stretching from Westbrook and Harrison.
Local historical societies, museums, and landmark sites along the trail will host open houses, guided tours, and offer light refreshments. Visitors may choose to stop at any or all participating sites in any order. More information to follow.
