The Little Caesars General Manager will report to the District Manager of Food Services. The Little Caesars General Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations. This position will oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines established by Jennifer Leggett, Director of Marketing & Food Services, and Little Caesars Corporate.

Open Position: Adult Education Evening Secretary
Where: Windham Raymond Adult Education
This is a part time (20 hr/week) position with evening hours. Selected candidate would work during our evening office hours, M-Th, approximately 3:30pm to 8:30pm with modified summer hours. Candidates must be very computer literate, have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, and be comfortable learning multiple program applications quickly. Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills along with a good sense of humor are essential.
This is a not a complete listing of the potential duties within this role:
1. Assist with the organization of the adult ed office
2. Assist with proofing of the tri-annual course catalogs
3. Assist with the managing of adult ed evening use of facilities
4. Input class information into program management systems
5. Assist with social media and the WRAE website
6. Compose and prepare correspondence
8. Act as receptionist for all visitors
9. Assist the ABE Coordinator with HiSET testing student data input
10. Process course registrations and perform routine clerical tasks as needed
11. Assist with the adult education graduation
12. Assist students and teachers as required
13. Support the Director, Program Coordinators and Teachers with other secretarial duties as assigned
Additional Requirements: Must hold or be in the process of obtaining an approved Maine Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) at time of hire.
